Due to the handmade nature of our products all sales are final. Please take your time to make a considered purchase. We’re always here to answer any questions you may have about pieces, including colour, finishes and dimensions before you place your order.

We will replace items at our cost if they arrive damaged or faulty. Please contact us at hello@jonnetti.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your order, with your order number and photos of any damage or faulty issues.
